The DW16-630 universal circuit breaker is a core protection device designed specifically for low-voltage power distribution systems. Graded Protection Characteristics: Equipped with both thermomagnetic and electromagnetic dual trip units, the overload protection setting value can be adjusted within the range of 0.64-1In. Short-circuit instantaneous protection achieves precise action of (1-3) In (electromagnetic) or (3-6) In (thermomagnetic) depending on the scenario, avoiding false triggering and protection failure.


Extreme Fault Handling: Rated ultimate short-circuit breaking capacity reaches 30kA, and operating short-circuit breaking capacity is 25kA. It can quickly cut off the current at the moment of fault, and the equipment can continue to be used after disconnection, reducing maintenance costs.


Upgraded Voltage Protection: The undervoltage trip unit automatically disconnects the circuit in the 35%-70% Ue range and reliably closes above 85% Ue, effectively preventing damage to the equipment from voltage fluctuations.


2. Reliable Structural Design


High-Efficiency Arc Extinguishing System: Adopting an arc-resistant plastic arc-extinguishing wall and parallel grid design, the arc distance is controlled within 250mm, significantly reducing the risk of arc propagation. Durable Contact Assembly: The main contacts are made of silver alloy, offering strong resistance to welding and low contact resistance. Combined with a free-tripping mechanism, it achieves a stable mechanical life of 9000 cycles and an electrical life of 1000 cycles. Flexible Operation Modes: Supports three modes: direct handle drive, lever drive, and electromagnet drive. Electromagnet operation allows for 60 consecutive actions, meeting the needs of various installation scenarios. Applicable Scenarios: Power Distribution Systems: Used in low-voltage power distribution networks in industrial plants and commercial buildings to achieve reasonable power distribution and line protection. Motor Protection: Adapted to motor circuits in AC 400V networks, providing overload and short-circuit protection, and capable of handling infrequent motor starting control. Special Environments: Can operate stably in temperature ranges from -5℃ to 40℃, in pollution level 3 environments, and is suitable for altitudes up to 2000m, making it suitable for most industrial and civil applications.
